Monitoring

Security

There is no substitute for a human presence when considering security for a private property. Regular day or night inspections of the holding can deter vandalism and theft better than any security system. Further, these routine inspections discover unanticipated problems that can occur in buildings of any age thus presenting an option for prompt response and crisis resolution.

These unexpected problems could include electrical, water, septic and roof leaks. LPM can schedule various monitoring formats and frequencies to meet the client’s individual needs.

Severe weather building inspections

Excessive rain, snow, sleet and wind can inflict damage on many parts of a building directly and indirectly. Direct damage to structures may include leaks from loss of roofing shingles, cracked or partially open windows, plugged gutter systems and snow accumulation on roofs and at ground level. Indirect damage includes harm from trees, branches and other wind born objects. Through scheduled or weather specific visits, LPM can deal with these problems in a timely manner, before any major harm is done to the dwelling or out buildings.

Severe weather property inspections

Extreme weather events can also cause injury to property infrastructure and features. Roads, ditches and culverts need to be maintained and periodically checked in order to deter excessive surface water damage and to keep the access useable. Trees and planted vegetation sites can be altered to abate certain types of storm damage before or during a weather event. Additionally, water courses, pools, fountains and other property features may need inspection during or after storms. With years of experience pertaining to weather related property damage abatement, LPM can immediately assess the problems and concurrently take the necessary steps to achieve crisis resolution and schedule any necessary repairs.

Prompt response on emergency repairs

LPM can permanently fix or temporarily stop damage from problems associated with property buildings, equipment, electrical, plumbing, property features and irrigation/drainage systems. By becoming familiar with the individual clients property features and systems in advance, LPM can arrive on the scene and respond in an opportune manner to decrease and or prevent damage to the client’s property or buildings.
